The feeding and transfe-ring of paper is stable and precise in registrat-ion. Paper's position can be adjusted in the course of running. Speed-chang-ing mechanism is adop-ted that the speed of tra-nsfering can be adjusted according to the thickne-ss of paper processed. Adopting widened trans-fering belt of stationary width without need of adj-usting. Using push-and-pull device in paper's reg-istration that can apply to various paper without re-placement.

The main chain, imported from Japan, adopts over loading driving chain with precise length, high inte-nsity against pulling and considerable abrasion resistance. Intermission mechanism adopts para-llel three-cam indexing mechanism with high precision. The Timing lubricating system is connected with machine's PLC system to meet automatic control of lubricating. Each lubrica-ting spots can be lubrica-ted by injecting oil. When to lubricate and how mu-ch oil should be injected can be set according to practice.

The new drive gear ensu-res high speed of die cut-ting. The reliable overloa-d protective mechanism can make the driving and driven parts separated a-utomatically when accid-ent overload occurs. The side lay, after special design, contains push and pull. You can choose the proper one according to different products with no need of changing par-ts.There is little movem-ent of paper while the side lay is working and no worn for paper that contribute to transfering paper in high speed.
